• Uploaded files: the documents you submit for conversion (they may contain your business data such as product names, codes, and prices).
• Usage data: files processed, feature usage, and IP addresses.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the Service, process payments, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data. Uploaded files are used only to produce your extraction output and to improve the reading of your own recurring documents (vendor memory); they are not shared with other customers.

3. Third-Party Processors

To provide the Service we share necessary data with trusted processors: payment providers (e.g. Payoneer), AI processing partners (e.g. Google), and our hosting provider. These processors are bound by data-protection agreements. A current list is available on request.

4. Data Security and Retention

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. Uploaded files are retained only as long as needed to deliver and support your results; you may request deletion of your files and account at any time.

5. Your Rights (UK GDPR)
