Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Anything-to-Database or any Microcity Labs service (the "Service"), operated by MicroCity Solutions Ltd (registered in England & Wales), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is intended for business-to-business (B2B) use.

2. Description of the Service

The Service converts documents you upload (such as supplier catalogs and price lists in PDF, spreadsheet, or image form) into structured data, using automated reading engines and artificial-intelligence processing, with optional human review. Extraction output is provided on a best-effort basis: document quality varies, and we do not guarantee complete or error-free extraction for every file. Free demo output is provided for evaluation before purchase.

3. Your Files and Your Responsibility

You keep all rights to the files you upload and the data extracted from them. You warrant that you have the legal right to upload and process those files. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or contains malicious code. We may refuse or stop processing any file at our discretion.

4. Accounts and Fair Use

You must provide accurate account information and safeguard your credentials. Free demo limits (such as pages per file or files per day) are enforced per account, and attempting to bypass them may lead to suspension. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by the law of England and Wales, MicroCity Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MicroCity Solutions Ltd from claims arising from your files or your commercial use of the extracted data.

6. Payments, Order Processing & Merchant of Record

Paid plans and one-off jobs are billed in US dollars at the prices shown on our pricing page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your invoice and payment receipt are issued by Paddle on behalf of MicroCity Solutions Ltd. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
