Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Try Before You Pay

Every customer can test the Service free of charge: the first pages of your file are converted at no cost, so you can verify the output quality on your own document before paying anything.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge. To claim a refund, reply to your order receipt (orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which handles refunds) or write to contact@microcitylabs.com with your order reference — we respond within 2 business days.

3. One-Off Conversion Jobs

For one-off (concierge) jobs, if the delivered output has quality problems we could not resolve, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will re-process the file or refund the job in full. If we determine that we cannot process your file to an acceptable quality, we tell you before charging — you are never billed for a job we could not do.

4. Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle and you will not be charged again. Beyond the 14-day guarantee window, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or unused volume.

5. Account Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund where a user abuses the Service, violates our Terms of Service, or conducts illegal activity.
